Description: There was a session for Parents of Catholic students of Class VI to VIII by Fr. Peter Mahendra on 9.9.2017 at Loreto Convent Ranchi in Teresa Ball Hall. Introduction theme was ‘Jesus is the Centre of your life’. We are created in the image and likeness of god, really not by chance. We need to be like Jesus and follow his teaching “Love your neighbor as yourself”.
Fr. Said that parents have to be aware of their RIGHTS and have to embrace the difficulties as it is a part of life.
There was a session for Parents of Catholic students of Class IX to XII on 9.9.2017 at Loreto Convent Ranchi in Teresa Ball Hall. It was presided by Fr. Sanjay Kerketta, Principal of Prabhat Tara Dhurwa. Parents said that they were busy and therefore they can’t give attention to their children. They lack the skills to handle their children. Families are lacking a prayerful lifestyle. Confession is not being taken seriously. Fr. Sanjay stressed on 3 ‘H’ i.e. Head, Hand & Heart Christian Life should be prayerful. Parents should give the child the freedom to decide & make decision. A spiritual exercise was conducted.
