Description: Today the members of the Universal Solidarity Movement presented an assembly on the calamity faced by the people of Uttarakhand. The assembly started with a brief description on enlisting the causes for the same. This was followed by some quiet moments in soft music reflecting on the Uttarakhand mishap. The girls also acted out a small skit, depicting the hardships faced by the families in Uttarakhand and how timely help was rendered by the Armed forces. Holy Scriptures conveying the messages of spreading peace and the need of humanity were read aloud. The assembly was concluded by a beautiful PPT to an effective song titled ‘Pray’ which has been composed to create a global wave of helping the poor who need it in their darkest hour.
