“Do good and do it well”, as said by our foundress Mary Ward, whose maxims have been a source of encouragement and stimulation for me. This maxim has taught me that every individual is blessed with his/her own unique abilities and if we put a little effort, we can ‘do it well’.

I am extremely honoured to be given the responsibility of the Head girl of our prestigious school ‘Loreto Convent’. I am especially grateful to our community leader Sister Punita , our Principal Sister Gloria Lakra , all the teachers and my peers and subordinates for showing faith in me and for trusting me.

As Helen Keller said, ‘Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much ,’ therefore under the guidance of our Principal Sister Gloria Lakra and together with my teachers and fellow mates I wish to serve the school to reach greater heights.

I promise to remain loyal, responsible, reliable, polite, firm and impartial towards everyone and I promise to do my best at all times.
